However, these methods are particularly suitable for driving the final few metres or for embedding piles in a loadbearing stratum when vibratory or pressing methods are ineffective. Impact driving allows the loadbearing capacity of the pile section to be verified.

Vibratory driving is one of the most important methods used in specialized civil engineering. It is based on the principle of turning the soil into a quasi-liquid state by vibrating the pile section. The vibrations reduce the skin friction of the pile section and allow rapid driving progress. Vibrators can be leader-guided, free-riding or mounted on an excavator.

Pile breakers dramatically increase productivity and safety when compared to conventional jack-hammer breaking. The units are easy to attach to an on-site excavator, crane or our power pack and do not require special skills to operate. Parallel shoring

Heavy-duty yet smooth-running, the high-strength PV (parallel shoring) system simplifies operations by fixing the vertically mobile boogie car at the position required for effective load discharge. The boogie car keeps the slide-rails aligned absolutely parallel and enables the boogie car and the individual panels to slide smoothly with little friction. This principle pays off particularly during removal. The panels can also be withdrawn without difficulty from great depths. The boogie car is available in rectangular and U-versions, with the latter achieving greater vertical clearance and even better structural loading values.

The E+S site road system guarantees freedom of mobility and provides plenty of technical options and scope for cutting costs.

The site road is composed of heavy-duty angles laid lengthwise and special profiles laid crosswise. Because of the simple design and special connection method, the speed of laying is relatively high and couldn’t be easier. An excavator lifts the elements one after another from a reversing truck, and then they are connected together with a kind of chain joint.

The Model 70 container for decentralized waste disposal is suitable for transporting both bulky goods and liquids in a wide range of industrial applications. To empty the contents of the container, the driver merely needs to drive the front rail to the side of a truck or collection tank. Due to its center of gravity, the tilting mechanism is designed so that the entire contents can be emptied. The empty container can then be pivoted back to its original transporting position on the transport sleeves of the forklift. These movement sequences are maintenance-free and do not require any additional handling by the operator. As standard, the MODEL 70 is available in blue (RAL 5012) with a mounting frame. It can also be ordered with three plastic wheels, lids, or in other RAL colors if required.

With many years of proven service behind them, the Pipe Grabs with automatic opening and closing are devices for the safe and efficient handling and laying of pipes of all kinds. The principle of the two available versions is based on extremely simple operation with automatic pick-up. After taking up the load, the jaws lock automatically without manual intervention. A latch prevents the load from being accidentally released and contributes to active safety.

Using the SZ 10 Pipe Puller means that pipe socket seals can be pulled together without damage. Damage to the bed or pipe ends caused by the excavator bucket is also effectively prevented.

The SZ 10 Pipe Puller is an extremely compact unit. All the key working parts, such as the hydraulic cylinders, control unit, and double scissor mechanism, are accommodated on a smooth-running trolley. Power is provided by a 12-volt battery, and vertical anchoring in the socket between two pipes is effected with a socket spindle. With a pulling force of 100 kN (friction values must be taken into consideration), the pulling length is unlimited.

We can supply a range of trench sheeting and lightweight sections to suit the market directly from our own production via our cold-rolling mill in Dessau. As a supplier of services to the construction industry, we ensure solutions that are cost-effective and tailored to your project, characterized by fast, on-time deliveries and trouble-free procedures.

Cold-rolled sections are formed from steel sheet in its cold state. Such sections are primarily used in trench shoring and for strengthening dikes because they combine a high structural stiffness with a low weight.

Welded pipe is used universally as steel piles. It can be used for foundation piling for buildings, harbour construction including wharves, jetties, as well as bridges and water pipes.

Each pile can be fitted with internal shear rings, stiffening bands, driving shoes, splice welding and end facing. A protective coating (internal and external) of UHB epoxy, MDPE, Zn powder spray, galvanizing, etc. can be applied to the piles at request.

Vinyl Sheet Piles are produced in accordance to ISO 9001 with specific control procedures during all stages of manufacturing, from the raw material through to tests on the product. These sheet piles have excellent resistance to UV rays and to corrosive chemicals. The PVC surface layer ensures they are wear resistant and that they have a low impact on the environment while the inner core is made of recycled materials. Vinyl Sheet Piles are mainly installed using a vibratory hammer, similar to the installation of steel sheet piles. Based on the soil conditions, a steel guide (mandrel) is recommended for the driving of the vinyl sheet piles.

Products are manufactured by GREENWALL an Italian manufacturer and thyssenkrupp Infrastructure will be stocking various products in the near future.

Hot-rolled steel sheet piles are mainly used for traffic route construction and hydraulic and civil engineering projects due to their high rigidity and very good driving characteristics including a high section modulus. Hot-rolled piling sections are rolled at a temperature of more than 1,200° Celsius. Consequently the steel has a high plasticity and allows multiple section shapes.

We use sealing systems very successfully in excavations as well as hydraulic and port engineering projects. In addition, these systems can be used in landfill and for containing legacy pollution.
